Cabin Deposit & Refund Policy
Cabin Reservation Deposit
- Within 4 weeks of stay: Entire Amount Due
- More than 4 weeks to stay: 50% of full amount required. Full Balance will be due 4 weeks prior to stay. Deposit must be made with credit card (MC, VISA, DISCOVER) or bank certified checks only. No personal checks will be accepted. Full balance will be charged to card automatically 4 weeks prior to stay.
Cabin Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted, the standard policy will apply to your reservation. Reservation deposit less a 5% or $35 processing fee (whichever is greater) will only be refunded if notice is given more than 4 weeks before reservation. Within 4 weeks, no refund will be given, unless we are able to rerent the cabin for the time specified, then a refund will be given less a 5% or $50 processing fee (whichever is greater).
Modified Cancellation Policy: A modified policy may apply for high demand weekends such as popular concerts, holidays, or special events. In this case, we will inform you of the cancellation policy prior to you making a reservation.
Additional Damage Deposit of $150 required at check in. Deposit can be cash, bank check, or approved credit card (MC, VISA, Discover). No personal checks accepted. Damage deposit will refunded at time of check out following a satisfactory inspection of the unit. The following items will lead to an unsatisfactory inspection:
- Excessive dirt in cabin
- Torn screens
- Broken windows, furniture or any other items
- Missing items
- Evidence of smoking indoors or pets
We understand that normal use will require us to clean it. However, we expect you to respect our property as well as the next guests staying in the unit.
No Smoking in Cabins and No Pets in Cabin or at site. Any sign of smoking or pets in unit and a minimum of $150 will be charged to your credit card to cover additional cleaning costs. You will be required to sign an acknowledgement agreement of this policy at check in. Thank you for your cooperation
