Thank you for considering Rustic Barn Campground as your new seasonal home. We offer seasonal rates on most of our RV sites.
Our seasonal camping group is primarily a 55 and up group or those with grown children who prefer a quiet environment. While we welcome families and grandchildren to visit, we are not accepting seasonal rentals with young children.
30 amp electric, water, sewage, garbage, and free WiFi are included in the seasonal price, there are no separate utility bills. We cannot support 50 amp units currently. Picnic tables are available for an extra charge.
The 2022 season will officially run from Fri, May 13th to Sun, October 16th.
All seasonal RV sites are first-come, first-serve and they fill up fast each year. Returning seasonals are given the first option to remain on their existing site for the following year. We also allow returning seasonals to store their trailer on the site through the winter season at no additional charge, if payments are up-to-date and we have a signed storage waiver.
We strive to provide a safe, quiet, and family-friendly atmosphere. Please view the campground rules for a complete list of expected behavior and regulations. Also, please view our pet policy.
All RVs, decks, and site decorations must be approved by management so we can maintain a neat, visually appealing environment for our campers. Only units with RV/Marine style toilets and built in holding tanks are allowed. No garbage disposals, laundry, or standard household toilets are allowed.
Seasonal rates vary depending on usage, RV size, and the specific site. Please contact us for availability and rates. We welcome you to stop in for a quick visit and tour of the campground. Just check in at the office.
What makes us different
If you’ve looked around at other campgrounds you’ll notice that in addition to the base rate, they charge extra for almost everything. We do not charge for guests in most cases*. We strive to maintain a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. We don’t allow golf carts, loud music, drunkenness, or any activity that would destroy the peaceful, family-friendly environment. We are a small, family-owned campground and we care about our community of campers.
*Gatherings of more than 6 people may be subject to guest fees.
Seasonal RV sites are not allowed to be rented as short term rentals or subleased.
